EXPLICIT CONSENT<\/h4>\n<p>Where explicit consent is legally required for the processing of your personal data under the KVKK, your explicit consent will be obtained separately and in relation to a specific subject.<\/p>\n<p>The obligation to provide information and the requirement to obtain explicit consent are separate legal processes. Even where the processing of personal data does not depend on explicit consent, our obligation to provide information under the KVKK remains applicable.<\/p>\n<h4>12.
